Returns Policy

There may be situations where you wish to cancel or return items you have ordered. If an item proves unsuitable for your needs, Evoaquatic offers a full refund for any unused and unopened products returned to us within 30 days of receiving said purchase.

How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, please email Sales@evoaquatic.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Important Information to Note:

A full refund will be issued for returned items in their original condition, excluding any initial delivery charges.
If the return is due to an unwanted item or an error on your part, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Evoaquatic is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit when returning items, nor for items lost in transit.
If you require us to arrange the collection of the goods, the cost of collection will also be your responsibility.

If your return request is approved due to an issue other than an unwanted item or customer error, we will email you with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned and inspected, you will receive a refund.
